  1. 30 Minute Virtual Movement Screen administered Every Microcycle or 4-6 weeks of training.  Performed to assess mobility and stability so that appropriate exercises can be selected for your program

  2. Custom Program Design to be shared with you based on your goals and movement assessment.

  3. Programs are written for both at home and in the gym training

  4. Weekly 1 hour virtual sessions where you’ll receive direct coaching on movements included in your program

  5. Links included with each exercise in the program for exercise demonstration
