Why does his last name start with an F?

It’s not accidental it’s his purpose…Fisher Fitness is not coincidental at all. Thanks for the beautiful ride so far Don Fisher.

First I just wanted to be taken back to my earlier life years whereby I ran from Canarsie (Brooklyn) to Manhattan (New York). The dream of that tall slender model type body- I thought was not attainable so far I’m on target to getting the body type back without changing the composition of what I ate or drank. All the change that took place was portion size and being much more active.

That Fisher Fitness is for real, the workouts are great, on the “check ins” he keeps it genuine. I feel better, my confidence is back and I’m loving me for me.

No regrets in being introduced to the mega of fitness by my ride or die. I’ll scream it out loud the sail is worth it- as I continue to have my “ah ha” moments.
