I've known Don for many years. The reason I chose him as my trainer is for his knowledge, and his commitment to helping me reach my goals.  He is very good at customizing my workout to my needs.  I have back and knee issues, and thanks to Don I can continue to workout.  He is thorough with explaining the exercises and is very serious about warming up, and making sure I am using good form to prevent injuries.  After the work out he will check in with me to see how I'm feeling and if anything needs to be modified for my next session.  I highly recommend him as a personal trainer - you will not regret your choice.
